Staff responded quickly when we were locked out due to the electronic lock running out of battery (suddenly, without warning). Luckily, we were not in a hurry at that moment."

The staff were exceptionally helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We especially appreciated the location, just a short walk from the train station, which made getting around Cinque Terre incredibly easy. "Perfect base for exploring Cinque Terre and wider region by train (only 5 minutes to central station). Friendly host shared lots of helpful information, even before our arrival. Maria gave information about places to visit and breakfast stops in the immediate area. Although located on a main street, leading straight to central predestrianised area of shops, bars and restaurants and marina, very quiet at night. The local church bell chimes at quarter past, so don't be late! 😂Room excellent, clean and well-equipped with many extras eg iron, kettle, fridge. Our only tweaks would be a firmer mattress (which is obviously a personal preference) and a couple of reusable cups/glasses/spoons available. "

"The hotel is small and cozy. The room was very big, with plenty of space for two adults. It was clean and well-equipped, with a small fridge, a kettle, tea bags, a coffee table, and two chairs. Although it was cold outside, the room was perfectly warm and comfortable. The breakfast was great, offering a wide and varied selection, and the quality of the food was outstanding. The location is excellent very close to the train station, where you can easily catch trains to the Cinque Terre, just a 5-minute walk from the harbor, and within easy reach of many bars and restaurants for dinner. A special mention goes to the staff, who were extremely kind, professional, and always ready to help with any request. Overall, the experience was very good."
