"Got to room, no towels, no waters, no sheets on bed after a 5 hour flight from the west coast. Clearly this room was not cleaned or prepared for me. I would expect a refund for night 1 at the minimum. "

"Staff was very nice, property was very well maintained. It was difficult to find the self-parking lot and my coffee maker overflowed the mug in the room even when putting in the minimum required water. Weekend breakfast buffet was not worth the cost. Great place to stay but eat elsewhere."

"I respect the age and beauty of this hotel. The staff was exceptional. The integrity of the decor and preservation of history was phenomenal. The price you pay for the size of room you receive is not worth it. They'd be better off having half as many rooms for the same price per night. We were upgraded which was lovely because the room they had us in originally was the size of a cleaning closet....described when purchased as a Deluxe standard. "

"Very disappointing stay. We paid around $2,000 for five nights. We specifically chose this hotel because the advertisement stated that cribs were available—but upon arrival, we were told they don’t actually have them. The room itself had several issues: * No ventilation in the bathroom * Malfunctioning A/C, resulting in consistently poor air quality * Opening the window wasn’t a solution, as smoke from the street would come in * The connecting door between rooms was misaligned and required force to close, which was inconvenient, especially with kids sleeping * A kitchen cabinet was broken There were also some service shortcomings. The room didn’t have a “Do Not Disturb” sign, so housekeeping entered unexpectedly and only made the bed without properly cleaning and not leaving any toileters. Breakfast was underwhelming and not very tasty. Oh, and valet parking costs $60 per night. Pros: The location is good."

"We booked waterfront premium hotel room and stay at Boston Warf Hotel for special family occasion on April 28 and 29th, 2026. We were provided a room which was next to internal hotel room under construction with heavy noise. The front desk and my complaint to the GM went with no corrective measures, rather they applied intimidation tactics and asked us to vacate the premises the next morning within 1.5hrs of our complaining. We left the hotel premises as soon as possible. We would not recommend this hotel to anyone based on our experience with the accommodation, hotel décor and dating. Our room furniture, carpet and the bathroom were dated for a premium waterfront room that we paid for. The management and staff behavior in our experience did not match the cosmopolitan environment and cultural mix that City of Boston represents. "
