"The hotel was very cozy and right away as you walked in the temperature was a relief from the heat outside. Fresh water and snacks were offered which was amazing! The rooms were beautiful. Big beds with a large TV on the wall and on the second floor you had floor to ceiling windows in the room and bathroom that open like doors - very chique. The room and hotel was very clean, quiet and the views from the room were nice - out to see Rossio Square. We had an issue with the AC in the room and as it was not fixable we got moved to another room on 3rd floor and the room was better and still had the same comfortability. The location is very convenient and staff are friendly and very helpful. I will definitely be visiting this hotel next time i am in lisbon."
"Very clean, nice rooms with superior air conditioning. Comfortable beds with nice bedding and very helpful front desk staff. Excellent breakfast buffet at their restaurant for a good value. The location is stellar, located between two main squares but only a two minute walk to each. You are in the center of everything--restaurants, shopping, sites. Lots of extra touches that are special. Free minibar in room with juice, beer and wine complementary. And cute kids toiletry kits in the room. We had a wonderful stay in Lisbon and the staff very friendly and there 24-7. Hotel is in an older building with modern decor. It has a smaller lobby and the cocktail lounge seemed to be closed but the restaurant was open early and closed late. "
"This was my first time traveling to Europe with my 1.5 year old and I could not be happier with this hotel and experience. Everyone was extremely welcoming and kind. I had a reservation at a hard to book restaurant (Ponto Final, absolutely delicious btw!!) at 12:30pm on the day we arrived to Lisbon. Our flight landed at 8am and we got to the hotel around 10. I had never checked in early at a hotel (and I’ve been to 11 other countries) and this Hotel made it so incredibly easy!
They kept my bags and let us stay in their upstairs lounge area and asked housekeeping to get our room ready first- without hesitation! They had the room ready in less than 40 minutes. Because of this we were able to make it to the reservation (which we had to take a ferry to!)
The room was spacious and the AC was GREAT which is not typical for Europe! We did not dine at the restaurant downstairs but we did have buffet breakfast before check-out when we left, which was not very good. It’s buffet style and $15 per person. There are hundreds of brunch places in Lisbon that are so so so good. The hotel was very clean and overall comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. "
"My wife and i absolutely loved this hotel. As frequent worldwide travellers, we have stayed at some of the nicest hotels globally and this one was nothing short of excellent. Amazing location, beautiful, very clean, great large rooms, fantastic bed, beautiful washroom (with built in Bluetooth speakers and heated floors) wonderful staff. Nothing negative to say. Don’t hesitate in booking/staying here. "
"The staff was unbelievable. We needed lots of water and it was always available. They kept me safe when we got food delivery at 3 AM. Easy to deal with when we needed extra items. Convenient walk to all things. No problem w/ getting Bolts/Ubers. We had a wonderful balcony w/ access from the bathroom and the sleeping area. AC was wonderful in the room and having a lift made things easier. Thank you for the amazing stay!"
"This is a well located hotel in the Chiado neighborhood. Lots of choices for restaurants and shopping. The front desk staff were outstanding in their service. This is a very quiet hotel. We will be back!"
