"Would be a great property for anyone looking to stay and experience Bologna and the surrounding areas over the course of 3+ days. We stayed for 4, and think this is the type of property particularly well suited to longer stays, as it’s very much an apartment. I enjoy being out of the main tourist areas so this is perfect for that while still being a 15 minute walk from the city center and the Bologna Centrale station, which gives easy access to the rest of the region. I note some reviews have criticised the breakfast, but I have to say, given the price paid, the breakfast is a bonus! To make the experience better tea/coffee facilities could be provided in the rooms rather than in a communal area, to allow for a morning cuppa in your own privacy, but nonetheless I would certainly visit again! "We stayed in the most extraordinary room I have ever seen. All four windows overlooked the rooftops of Bologna. The light at all hours was like a painting. The remote control shades gave you control of the amount of light you experienced. It was complely private but you could see the cathedrals and towers unobstructed.
The staff was minimal but very helpful and gracious. The linens were clean and high quality. An extraordinary place."

A young girl delivered some chocolates and cans of water which was great, but she came around at an awkward time when we were showering prior to going out. Consequently we missed her the second night sadly. Perhaps consider a better time to call?"
"We've just returned from.a 4 night stay and can't fault the hotel at all. Location was excellent, room was big, bed huge and very comfy! We only used the breakfast buffet once unfortunately as we were out & about very early but the choice was really good, we were well catered for! Staff were fab and very helpful. We will absolutely use this hotel again."
