The location is excellent right in the central square, the staff at the front desk is always kind and friendly, very supportive. Probably the best staff I have experienced ever. The rooms are large by European standards, the bathroom is quite large, the bed and linens are good not luxury but very good, the breakfast was included in our rate and it was quite good, we were allowed a late checkout and that was pretty good and helpful.

The hotel has a great location. It is an easy 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min walk to all restaurants and shops. The staff is super professional and friendly. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable and the hotel has an amazing view from the pool terrace of La Concha beach.

The hotel was remarkable for its splendid high-ceiling room, and wooden floor well maintained with aromatic oils. Dinner service is quite professional. The town of Bera is known for being the place where Pío Baroja and his famous relativos lived and died. We wished to hear the sounds of the notable organ located at the cathedral, but it was not possible fue to unavailability of Church officials. Great and not. This is really up hill on an árbol, without power, dry toilet facility with an exceptional welcoming from Hotess Alicia, she’ll cook for you if requested totally recommend. It was hard to go up hill with a carryon but my meal “Cordero” with integral rice it was amazing, spending the night there was a lifetime experience. Then wake up to a relax breakfast she prepared for us!

This is a roadside hotel attached to a restaurant with some nice areas to sit and relax. The owner and staff were super friendly, and the rooms were nice and clean. There was no air conditioning, but they provided two fans that did the job.
We spent most of our time visiting Pamplona and Vitoria, so we mainly used the hotel as a place to sleep. Overall, we had a very good experience at Aritzalko. Recommended!
