Summerwind West features unit 503. The vacation rental has a very calming green color theme. The unit is very nicely decorated and has a show of the beach with pelicans and chests throughout. This beautiful home is beachfront and has amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico. The kitchen area is fully equipped to handle any cooking request that might come your way. The glassed dining room table sits atop a big chest and features a nice iron light fixture. This is a perfect setting for a nice relaxing meal in a beautiful home on Navarre Beach. As you get comfortable after a meal you can relax on two sofas with blue and green palm trees while watching TV. A nice ceiling fan rounds out this comfortable room. The primary bedroom features an en sutie bathroom and a sliding glass door leading out to the balcony for your own little piece of paradise.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Balcony furniture was the best we’ve ever had to enjoy!! Very comfortable beds bathrooms were super nice too! We’re still getting use to the new way TV works but we weren’t there for the tv. Great rental awesome facilities!! Definitely a keeper for future vacations for us!

Comfortable condo, beautiful view

The view of the beach from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. So relaxing to sit out with coffee every morning and watch the surfers and look for dolphins. The complimentary umbrella service on the beach was a great perk. The condo itself was nice, clean and comfortable. A few additions to kitchen items would be good. I would recommend this condo for families looking for a relaxing time at the beach.

Great location right on the beach. The condo was nice but lacked some basic kitchen items that would have made it easier to prepare meals (no baking pans, cookie sheets, muffin pan, hot pads, measuring cups and spoons). Kitchen needs some minor repairs to the pantry shelves and drawers. Condo was clean with the exception of some stains/dirt on the curtains. Patio furniture was nice. We enjoyed sitting out watching the dolphins swimming nearby.

Loved everything! We did call & report the DVD Player not working. The next day we tried again & it worked inconsistently. Difficult to use & doesn’t have a remote that goes to it. Sometimes worked, sometimes not. Everything else was great :-)

Navarre and the location is always great but this condo left us feeling slighted. Leaking ceiling onto the bed. Not enough bath towels, no can opener, broken dishes, no mop, no rugs, paper thin bedding, and the condo needs repairs. Either the owner is cheap or the management company is not doing a great job. We talked to them. They were indifferent and offered no apology or discount for the future. They brought some extra towels but that’s it. Save your money and rent a place where you will get quality for your money.
