  • Entire Home on East Bay!! Completely remodeled coastal home with 3 acres to roam!! This beautiful two bedroom, two bath home sits among mature live oak and magnolia trees. It features a contemporary open floor plan with a huge kitchen island, brand new washer and dryer, a charcoal grill, and outdoor fire pit. It is directly on East Bay with a private dock, and only a short walk away from the Holley boat ramp. There is plenty of room for your boat or jet ski parking on site! Bring your family, roast marshmallows and go fishing from the dock. Short drive to Navarre Beach! Enjoy the sunsets on East Bay at this beautiful waterfront retreat!

We have been to navarre every year for 30 years..And this place was in the top 3 of places we've stayed.. great and secure location..Mr Randy and Ms Honey..were great and very helpful with any needs..will be back next year...if not sooner..ty

A get away

It was a great stay plenty of things nearby, and half hour drive either direction to get to Destin or Pensacola. The hosts are incredible people who truly value your stay and convenience. Was able to catch a variety of fish right off of the dock, and there is tons of native wildlife around. The home was very spacious and in no way cramped. We all had plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy. The boat ramp being close by was awesome.

Quiet Oasis!

We enjoyed this property so much and it exceeded our expectations. Perfect for a family with kids or without. The Beds are comfortable we all slept well and plan to stay here again. We felt so comfortable and had a wonderful stay!

We were looking for a quiet getaway on the water for a few days and were not disappointed. Everything was as described and the hosts were wonderful. Beautiful home that felt very spacious even with a family of 5 although the kids did not want to leave the water. We were able to catch plenty of fish right off the dock that included multiple reds which are always a fun catch.The beaches are beautiful in this area. It is named the Emerald Coast for good reason. If you enjoy the beaches of Destin but prefer to stay away from the crowds then this is a perfect alternative.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Quiet & Relaxing

The home is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Lots of space for a family or two couples. It's right on the bay with a private pier, fire pit and kayaks available for use. Randy & Honey are super nice, readily available and answered our questions quickly and accurately. The house is a very short drive to the beach with none of the traffic or commotion. We enjoyed our stay very much!

A Week of Relaxation!

Randy and Honey were amazing hosts that made their already beautiful home and property so much better by being so hospitable. The property is conveniently located in a private setting while also being a short drive from anywhere you could possibly want to go in the area. My friend and I had an excellent time fishing on the property, exploring the area, and relaxing for a week. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for an extremely nice and clean house, beautiful property, convenient and private location, and simply the best hosts! I cannot say enough great things about our stay!

FISHING TRIP/BEACH

Very nice home lot of space, nice dock, really like the dock light at night makes a beautiful picture, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. great sunsets from the dock over the water. i hope to go there again. Randy and Honey are great host. everything was very good. Navarre beach close to home. Really enjoyed our stay!!

A Slice of Heaven!

This is a beautiful property and so quiet! You couldn't ask for better hosts. I'm a photographer and it was a perfect place to take pictures. The house is lovely and well appointed. I enjoyed the fire pit on the bay. The host built a wonderful fire on two different evenings. It's about a 15 minute drive to Navarre Beach. I highly reccomend this property if you are looking for a quiet peaceful getaway with a beautiful view!

Spectacular Wildlife and Waterfront Retreat

My husband I stayed at this property for 10 days and had a wonderful time viewing various, native, wildlife and enjoying the private fishing pier. The rental house was exceptionally clean and was supplied with all the necessary accessories and utensils to ensure an enjoyable, low stress, vacation. The owners were easy to contact and replied promptly to any questions we had - which weren't many. We truly enjoyed this location which was convenient to everything from beach access to eating and shopping. We highly recommend this VRBO to anyone seeking tranquility. We will keep this property and owners on our short list for future vacations.

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I stayed at the property for eight nights and it could not have been more perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable, and the property was very peaceful. We spent many evenings enjoying the sunsets from the dock and watching the fish in the water. We didn’t get to use the kayaks as much as we wanted but did have fun paddling around the bay one morning. Randy and Honey were so friendly and were always available if we had questions. We hope to be able to return next year.

Spectacular property

My family and I were truly impressed with the home and property. Honey was very adept at communicating and making sure we had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. The only thing I would recommend is somewhere to hang wet towels, swimsuits, etc both outside and in the bathrooms. Otherwise, the furnishings are lovely, the beds are all very comfortable, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the grounds and view are stunning. I would note, if you are considering staying in the summer, traffic should be a consideration. The description says the house is 15 minutes to the beach. We were there the week leading up to July 4th, and traffic was heavy. There were a few times it took us almost 45 minutes to get to the beach. This isn't the property owner's fault, but it is something to be aware of when staying in the summer.

Hallmark-Worthy Stay - Highly Recommend!!

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful property! The interior was huge, cozy, and impeccably clean, with all the amenities we needed. The host was exceptional—excellent at communicating, very friendly, and incredibly thoughtful. We were welcomed with wine, flowers, and chocolates, which was such a lovely touch. On our first night, the host even caught shrimp for us to fish with! They generously let us pick pears from their pear tree and blueberries from their blueberry bush, which our son loved. The property was gorgeous and private, and most days we didn’t see another soul. We watched dolphins by the pier, caught trout, red fish, drum, and plenty of blue crabs. The campfire pit with wood and seating was perfect for evening relaxation, and the sunsets were stunning. I can’t say enough good things about the host and the property. This will definitely be our go-to vacation spot from now on. Initially, we were concerned about not staying in a condo right on the beach, but this property exceeded our expectations so much that we won’t stay in a condo again. If we do, we will seek one of the condos owned by this host. In addition, the public beaches were much less crowded and prettier than the ones behind the condos and only 15 minutes from the property. Highly recommend! --- Does this fit within the character limit?

In all of our years using VRBO, we've never had such amazing hosts. We had a welcome basket left for us and even beautiful fresh flowers on the table. Randy and Honey are hands down the most helpful, friendly and attentive host we've EVER had. Their home is stunning! It's private and quiet. Don't let the two bedrooms fool you, this home is bigger than it looks. We enjoyed our days playing by the dock in the water on our floats, hooked our boat up to the dock and went fishing a few times, also fished off the dock which was the most fruitful (caught 3 redfish, and a flounder). Randy was so kind to give us fishing tips and that's when the fish started coming! Out of the 5 days there, we only went to the beach once. We are familiar with Navarre and yes, it can take time to get on and off the island, however, it only took us 15 minutes there and 15 minutes back so VERY close and convenient to the beach. Their home had everything we wanted without the beach. Lots of local and chain restaurants to eat nearby but we only took advantage of that one night. Our moto, the best restaurant is our own kitchen. Cooking in their nicely stocked kitchen or on their charcoal grill. The beds, sofas, chairs, etc. were comfortable and the house overall was comfortable. We are hoping to stay there again and WISH this could be our "go to" spot for ALL of our vaca's on the gulf which are multiple times a year. THANK YOU for sharing your little piece of Heaven with us.

Absolutely Beautiful!!

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful home for our vacation! The owners were so friendly and were right there if we needed them for anything! It’s a great place for fishing and it’s close to the beach and stores. We will definitely love to stay here again when we go back!

Perfect Getaway

We were looking for something off the beaten path & we definitely found it with this beautiful house! My boys could walk down to the dock & fish whenever they wanted & we could leave our boat in the water right there & not have to keep using the ramp. The owners were awesome & even had a vase of fresh cut flowers on the table for us! The house had everything we needed was beautifully remodeled! Would definitely stay again!

Our favorite thing…EVERYTHING!!!

Honestly, my wife was a bit skeptical since it’s not on the beach. However, she quickly changed her mind! This home is so beautiful! It was immaculately clean and decorated lovely. There was a welcome basket with snacks, wine and truffles! The hosts were awesome and so thoughtful!! We fished off the pier daily and even saw a dolphin about 30’ away from us! Sunsets were beautiful! We utilized the fire pit and outdoor seating, perfect for s’mores & so inviting! The whole week was so relaxing! The area was close to attractions and restaurants and just a few minutes from the beach. But it was still far enough away that it felt private. We only had one minor issue during our stay and their response time was within minutes. Also, we adore their dogs. They were very friendly, smart and entertaining! Randy & Honey were the absolute best hosts we’ve ever had. They really went above & beyond highly exceeded our expectations. So, like the title says, our favorite thing was EVERYTHING!!!

Super comfortable and relaxing!

Keep this place a secret!

We wanted a quiet place in Florida while at the same time, a place that was close enough to the amenities of Gulf Coast living. We consider ourselves SO LUCKY to have found this newly remodeled residential home in a private and quiet setting on East Bay in Navarre. Everything from the thoughtful attention to welcoming details, to the fishing pier/sunset celebrations pier…and the quick accessibility to the beach…this home became our home for the week. For the benefit of all, we share this review even though we would prefer to keep this home a secret for availability’s sake. We hope others will get to experience the complete relaxation this home afforded us at a time we needed it the most. The hosts were super friendly and available if the need arose and when it was time to get fishing-in-East-Bay-angler-support…they were right there. The pics of our grandson fishing and catching on that pier are priceless. We will go back…sooner than later.
