Welcome to the stunning emerald waters and sugar-white sands of Navarre Beach! Seahawk is a beautifully maintained 3-bedroom, 3-bath townhome that offers panoramic views and the ultimate beachfront experience — perfect for families and groups looking to relax, recharge, and reconnect.
Step out onto your private Gulf-front deck, breathe in the salt air, and take just a few steps to feel the sand between your toes. Whether you're sipping a morning coffee, watching the dolphins play, or enjoying an evening cocktail, this spacious deck is your front-row seat to paradise.
This home comfortably sleeps 10, with each bedroom offering its own private bathroom for added comfort and privacy. The third-floor king suite is a serene retreat with its own private balcony overlooking the Gulf — a dreamy spot to catch the sunrise or stargaze at night. The first-floor bedroom features a cozy queen bed, while the second-floor room includes a king trundle and two full-sized beds, perfect for kids or a group of friends.
The open-concept living area flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen, complete with a large dining table and breakfast bar, ideal for group meals, game nights, or simply gathering together after a day in the sun.
Outside, the shaded ground-floor deck offers a gas grill, an outdoor shower, and the perfect spot to sort your seaside treasures or unwind in the evening.
When you’re ready to explore, the island’s multi-use path is right out front—great for biking, walking, or jogging. Rentals for bikes, kayaks, surfboards, and more are available just over the bridge. You’re also just 2 miles from the longest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico, a hotspot for fishing and people-watching.

This home is dog-friendly with owner approval (maximum of 2 dogs, $200 pet fee per dog). Cats are not allowed, and dogs are not allowed on the Gulf beach.

Great location - Great for Families!

This townhome has everything needed for a relaxing stay at the beach. There is a direct beach path from the house which makes it very convenient and easy the beach. The home is clean and has all the different things you might need during your stay like kitchen supplies. I will say the home is really no frills and some beds were more comfortable than others but we all slept well and we were comfortable during our entire stay. We traveled with three kids and they liked the home, too.

Beautiful Location!

The unit was very nice, comfortable and clean! Just as described. The beach was very close and easy access and absolutely gorgeous!! We were thrilled with the location!

Pros: We enjoyed the property very much. Nice and Quiet neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again. Cons: Lots of stairs, not a boardwalk Over to beach, Master bed is very hard.

The property is at a beautiful location. The house was nice and clean with good ambience. The property manager was friendly and helpful. Suggestions - some basic spices like salt and sugar, drinking water would be nice haves.

Perfect Location

Beautiful home with everything you need in the perfect location on Navarre Beach! The decks allow you spectacular views of the ocean! If you do want to leave-you are close to restaurants and grocery stores! Perfect for our puppies who loved it too! Can’t wait to go back!

Exceptional Property and Property Manager

This was my first time staying at Navarre and Sea Hawk did not disappoint! It was exactly as advertised and looked even better than the pictures. The property managers were so friendly and helpful from answering my questions before I booked, to checking me in and explaining everything, to accommodating a 20 minute delay in checking out - our baby didn't understand time! Their kindness and approachability made the trip even better. I will definitely make this our annual property and will bring the family back! One note: The beds are quite firm - if you don't like that, bring a mattress pad. I ended up buying one while I was there.

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable

This property was very, very clean and great for our family of eight- one grandparent, three parents and four children under the age of eleven. There are lots of stairs which the younger folks navigated well. The bedroom off the kitchen was perfect for grandma. It's nice that each bedroom has its own bath. The decor is not exceptional but certainly functional and comfortable and the beds are extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient to all things Navarre Beach and Pensacola. The beach was stunning as were the views from the home. We were there on spring break and there was not a crowd, just families enjoying themselves. No regrets in renting and I would stay again!

Beautiful beach-front views

The house being on the beach afforded us beautiful views, and was very convenient...no hauling coolers and bags back and forth to the beach. It was clean, and well-decorated. The kitchen was equipped with good cookware. We loved our week together in this house! My one suggestion to guests is to take your own sheets. The sheets on all of the beds were rough as sand paper.

Bedroom with three beds

The space was beautiful and clean. I feel it important to give warning for those looking to pack 10 people in this small 1700 square feet. The master bedroom is large and spacious, but there is no door leading to the bathroom, seeking us to use the other upstairs restroom in the middle of the night, so we didn't wake each other with the bathroom light. Unfortunately, the second access to the bathroom is located in the other upstairs bedroom that is overly packed with beds to maximize the advertisement that it sleeps 10. In one small bedroom, they packed with two double beds and a single bed with a trundle which partially blocks the bathroom. It is a horrible trip hazard. 15 days after tripping on the leg of the single/trundle bed in the middle of the night, and falling into the bathroom on the shower ledge, tub, toilet and floor, I am horribly injured and haven't been able to return to work. I am not elderly, nor overweight. Be very careful in this space if you need 10 guests here, it simply is not big enough or safe enough to fill all three beds and a trundle in there.

The house itself was very nice; there was plenty of room to spread out and the view was amazing. There are three outdoor deck areas; the ground level patio that was perfect for loading and unloading before hitting the beach, the large main level deck for outdoor family time, and the great upstairs deck off the primary bedroom which was perfect for morning zoom calls. We would visit again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really appreciated all the included amenities at the property. I do wish that the property had included more than one beach chair. We noticed alot of rust on the door fixtures (hinges/plates/locks, etc) and had difficulty using the patio door due to this, I think those should be replaced. We truly enjoyed our stay and would use the property again as the location was not near the high rises and the views from the property are unobstructed. The property manager is very responsive and attentive to requests as well.
