"Julian's property is a 3 level townhouse on the edge of a lovely old town Viana. Very convenient for touring around the various wineries of Rioja. Comfortable house with all usual facilities and a pleasant garden to sit out in. Although lacking a kettle on arrival, Julian delivered one very quickly which was appreciated. I would suggest that a map or written notes on the precise location of the property would be welcome for new arrivals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Julian was most helpful...

"Our stay was dampened by rain, but not by the wonderful place in Bera, Spain. The villa matches the photos, but in fact, is much roomy than we anticipated. It was absolutely almost spotless and very well maintained. Though it is a very old building, it has been updated with modern appliances, bathrooms, and furniture. Le propriétaire est très agréable et disponible en cas de besoin, il donne des infos intéressantes sur les activités locales à découvrir. Le patio et son barbecue sont très appréciés pour les soirées en extérieur. Le logement est très joliment décoré, confortable et très bien équipé. On est y comme chez soi. "Appartement conforme à la description, propre et bien équipé. Nous n'avons pas vu Maritxu mais avons bien communiqué avec elle avant notre arrivée. La procédure d'arrivée est ok avec un système de boite à clefs. L'emplacement central de l'appartement est parfait (rue piétonne) pour Estrella. Nous sommes venus en voiture, possibilité de se garer dans des rues ou parking gratuit assez proches. Appartement très calme malgré son emplacement central. On recommande cette location."
