I checked in on my birthday and the staff went all out, upgrading my room for free, had cake waiting in my room, gave me a complimentary breakfast, etc. I was overwhelmed by the attention they went into to make my birthday memorable. Have reached out via the same email to a member of staff *Reservations Executive to advise of a few issues noticed during the stay. Tables during breakfast not being cleared away quick enough and not being wiped down sadly. Steam room didn't work and the jacuzzi performance was poor. Loose floor short blocks in the spa. A good thorough deep clean needed of an absolutely stunning hotel *pool sun loungers, lift mirrors, our room at least on the 5th floor and balcony eating area. "
