"Great first impression, lobby is beautifully presented and smells lovely, check in nice and relaxed with seats and drinks! Room was fantastic, very spacious, great sea view (especially at sunrise!), comfy and large bed, clever and well thought out controls. Breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious, lots of options every night with different themes giving plenty of variety, and always some plain options for picky eaters Pool and bar/grill area was great, with more tasty food and gorgeous views over the beach. Hydrothermal circuit in the spa was lovely and relaxing, we particularly liked the recommended order to help those less experienced get the most benefit, and the pool had so many different features that gave massage-like experiences. All staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and spoke good english"

"Very nice and comfortable hotel. The junior suite is quite spacious with a good size balcony. Four pools (2 heated) with views of the ocean. Nice breakfast buffet. Parking is €15/day. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Easy access to the boardwalk along the coast. Highly recommend it!"

"The best hotel I have ever been to, I cannot recommend it enough. The food was amazing and lots of vegetarian and gluten free options. Lots of activities, the coffee shop had amazing cakes in the day, the drinks were delicious. I like to go to new places and try different hotels but I cannot wait to go back here. The staff are excellent!"

"It was a great experience, 9/10, but the only down fall was no ac and the fact the fan was tiny and didn’t help with the heat. The property overall is beautiful from check in even though it’s on a sketchy looking street. The room itself is pretty mediocrce. It made me feel like I was taking a vow of poverty. The room had the bare minimum of amenities but was tolerable if you brought your own things. The staff went above and beyond everything. They were extremely kind and helpful despite a small language barrier."

"Very good hotel. Clean, spacious, and situated on the beach front. Room was clean, fresh and has amazing views out over the beach and sea. Breakfast is good quality and the despite the roof top pool being small their were enough beds around it (September) i'd imagine in the summer its quite busy up there. The general area around the hotel is ok, few shops for drinks, snacks etc but you will have to walk or travel out for decent food if it is not included. McDonalds and Burger King is around a 20 minute walk for example if you have kids."

"We were a family of 5 in a 2 bed apartment. Absolutely loads of space. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels every 2nd day. Staff were all friendly and even played with my son. Location is perfect. Only negative id say is the kids entertainment at night wasnt fantastic. But I dont think they had the numbers for it either as was 1st week of September."

"Accommodation was very clean and in an excellent location for shops, restaurants and bars. We booked accommodation with shared shower room by mistake but it turned out to be ok. Staff were very helpful :-)"
