The staff are friendly even those who struggle with speaking English. They are hospital and quick to respond to your needs. It would be better and quicker to order in suite food via the phone than the Zeus app, I don’t think they ever check it. Same thing with booking airport transfer via app, just call the department or the reception to have it done for you (yeah, it’s a bummer if you want to limit your in person interactions)."
