"When we arrived at the hotel, they had no knowledge of our booking and the swimming pool that appears so prominently in the photos was empty and out of service so we left"

"The resort was beautiful and very clean. The back drop of Mt Etna and the golf course made for incredible views. The wifi worked in all of yhe outdoor spaces and the spa was incredible. The outdoor wading pool made for a very relaxing afternoons and early evening."
