"When I checked in, I gave them $50 on my charge card for incidentals, which I did not use. I assumed they would use it in case there was any damage to the room like other hotels do, and there was none. I arrived home to find they processed it for no reason. I would like a refund immediately. They did immediately refund my $50, and I appreciate it. "

"We had a wonderful time. Everyone commented on how clean the house was. Two beautiful days and one rainy one so we made good use of the outdoor fire pit. We weren't able to get the fireplace to work. The pilot light wouldn't stay lit. That was a big disappointment. The couple who stayed in the bedroom over the garage found mouse droppings and were grossed out but stuck it out. Other than that it was a very nice place to stay."

"Breakfast was good and main course was different every morning. We were allowed to use the breakfast area for family gathering: eating pizza and card playing. Staff was amazing! Pool and hot tub was very warm. Pool/hot tub needs some painting, restoration."

"My expectations are never high for a small motel, but I would definitely stay at this Microtel again. The rooms were small but very clean and well maintained. The breakfast was basic continental, but they had plenty of fresh options...and the eggs weren't powdered. Everything was quite nice."

"The front desk staff during Check in was friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the morning was subpar. The staff were not attentive and did not keep up with breakfast needs (more plates, cups, etc) multiple staff were laying down on furniture in the lobby in the morning while we were checking out. Room was clean and comfortable. Disappointed there wasn’t a hot tub as the pics when booking showed one. "

"The positives of our room was that for the money, it was definitely a satisfactory stay (for one night) - it was clean and the bed (mattress) was comfortable. The negatives were the pillows were very uncomfortable, the bathtub filled up with ankle deep water when we showered, and the breakfast was mediocre."
