"We had the best experience at this hotel thanks to a wonderful staff, and specifically Adam at the front desk. Just a brief uber ride from the Brooklyn cruise port - we were snowed in following our cruise. Adam and team accommodated us and our luggage early to ensure it was a welcoming experience. The rooms were clean with modern bathrooms and a rainfall detachable shower head combo. We did laundry for $10 for the first load and $5 thereafter. The team helped us with restaurant recommendations and found us a cab during the ice storm to take us and our luggage to Penn station. Wonderful experience, would stay again."
