Parking was offered for free but was limited to maybe 10 spots. Street parking was also available but NY is not known for many of these. It worked out great for our 1 day stay. The rooms were small but perfect. I would stay here again.

The L is a solid value within walking distance to a few decent restaurants. Room was clean and in order. Bathroom feature a good shower. Reported loose wallpaper on one wall, desk guy said he would report. Breakfast not special. Walk a couple blocks if you want a complete menu.
