"This is an older hotel, but still in good condition and is taken care of as far as I could tell. Staff were nice and polite, but I had minimal needs, so minimum communication required. Rooms were very clean and free of bugs. The bathroom fan needed a good dusting, but that's all I could see lacking. I chose this hotel based on safe area and cleanliness ratings and I am extremely satisfied with my choice. I was only there an overnight stay for a concert, so just needed a place to sleep. "The room was exceptionally clean, but there was some peeling wallpaper on the wall in the bedroom. Breakfast was included so that was great, and I liked to see how they customised the menu to their guests. My only other note was the desk staff was definitely in need of support as there were some difficult clients and only one individual to work with the customers - there should be at least two available to help when there is a back up. they were very apologetic and nice, it just was likely...
