"I booked my trip on 6/5/25 and arrived on my flight 7/4/25 for vacation. I booked a hotel for Holiday Inn. When I walked inside I was told the Holiday Inn no longer exist there and that they are Wyndham now. Well, they did not have a room for me but somebody has my money. I was told to contact IHG/Holiday Inn. They refused to refund my money for a hotel that does not exist anymore.
