We had no way of knowing who to contact. After that, communication was poor, manager nonresponsive, and the unit was not stocked with any necessities for our two night stay, like toilet paper (c’mon!), trashcan liners, soap, shampoo. The water in the kitchen was shutoff, there was a moist bathmat, a toy hairdryer that wouldn’t dry, and on and on. We checked out first thing the next morning. This is the first time in my travel experience that I have vacated a vacation rental before the end of my stay. "

We had to wait an hour and received nothing more than a “thank you for your patience.” The lack of customer service in both situations left a bad impression.The house itself was roomy and matched the photos. However, there was a large wet spot on the master bedroom rug that didn’t dry until morning. The living room couch was worn and stained. There was no hand towel in the powder room, so we had to use a washcloth from the master bathroom. The refrigerator leaked constantly, leaving a puddle on the kitchen floor that we had to keep cleaning up to prevent slipping.The backyard was also disappointing—only one broken chair, and the shed was left open with animals nesting inside. I also did not appreciate the repeated emails urging me to leave a 5-star review."
