"Fabulous room, very tastefully appointed, with a huge bed and good size en-suite shower room. The staff are, without exception, friendly helpful and obliging. "Lovely hosts giving you a truely personal experience. Access to next hotel's pool is a nice touch. The room layout was odd but they will be undergoing renovation soon so hopefully reworking the internal layout. Otherwise clean and tidy and nice view of the garden to the beach. Be aware of beach salesmen. Would recommend this hotel."

I and another solo traveller were there at Christmas, the owner invited us to his house for a Christmas party which was tons of fun. I got the sense he would do anything to make a guest happy. "Really nice place to stay if you are on a low to mid budget. The staff are extremely friendly and cannot do enough for you. For the price the rooms are big with a separate bedroom(ensuite) and a sitting and kitchen area. The Kitchen has a gas hob, microwave, kettle, fridge and enough crockery and cutlery for 4 people. "The place & location is ok. It is near the airport. There are s lot of mosquitoes during our stay. Make it uncomfortable for night. Upon informing the owner. They try spraying & catch the mosquitoes & provide more repellent."

"Very huge room for very little price Hotel manager , Woody was available all time and gave good advice..many good places R&R for coffees or ice creams. Didnt have time to explore the beaches Negombo is an easier place to chop around than colombo on a trishaw..lots of fruits esp durians on the road Will come again insyaAllah just to explore the beach "
