"Amazing spot, the staff are incredibly friendly, and it is always clean!"

"The room was clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. We came off a cruse and arrived at the hotel at 10:00. We were expecting to to leave our bags at the front desk and come back at the regular check in time. The agent said that we could use the pool facilities and that they would expedite a room request. We had a great wait by the pool and they had a room for us by noon. Thank you to the staff for accommodating us so quickly. The only negative comment I had was the shuttle bus to the Old Town didn't show up at its scheduled time. We were 10 minutes early and waited for 45 extra minutes but never saw a shuttle bus. We ended taking an Uber."
