"Really enjoyed the property and all the amenities. It was exactly the place we were looking for. Beds were comfortable and had plenty of beds and kitchen was large and open. Game room and movie room were a bonus. Being right on the water with my boat slipped at the dock was nice as well, However, I have a larger deep V 19 foot boat and had a difficult time with making it fit properly on the dock due to size of dock and depth but we made it work. It did get bounced around a little with all the boat traffic so make sure to bring at least 3 or 4 larger bumpers along. You always have the option of renting the large pontoon but since I brought my own we didn’t need to. We really enjoyed the game room, even most of the adults. Place was very clean and the owner was very responsive to me when I had a question. Unfortunately fishing wasn’t the greatest due to all the runoff we had from the rain and a mayfly hatch but from what I hear it can be a good lake to fish at the right times. I would definitely rent again if I have the opportunity."

"We enjoyed our time at the lake. The cabin was just like the pictures. The fishing was great. The owner lives onsite and was able to quickly address our needs. The listing stated laundry machines which there weren’t but he was able to let us use the laundry in the empty cabin-he changed the listing description after that. Cabin is close to Black River Falls and Hatfield for other adventures. Brian’s snake collection was also cool to see!"

"We were visiting family who were camping in the state forest. Due to health issues we decided to not camp but rather stayed at the comfort inn. It was relaxing but had the busiest breakfast I've seen at a hotel in a long time."

"I spend alot of time in the black river falls area, hunting, playing, and just relaxing. This vrbo was by far the most beautiful place i have rented to date. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life."

"This is a nice, quiet location close to the ATV trails and restaurants. It was perfect for our group of six. It is spacious and had all the amenities we needed. We had garage space for our ATV's. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely book again. "
