The position of Kurranulla is fantastic, right between Shoal Bay beach and Little Beach makes this the best location for your next family or friends holiday.
Located on the ground floor, the open plan living has a stunning fresh, relaxed feel with a split system air conditioning and ceiling fans to give you all the comforts you need. There is a large corner lounge, wall mounted Smart TV with unlimited Wi-Fi, books and games provided and dining for six people on the stylish dining suite. Leading off from the living area is the balcony with outdoor chairs and a Weber gas BBQ, a great spot to finish the day off and take in the peaceful surrounds whilst listening to the waves roll in and local birdlife.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with complete cooking facilities including electric hotplates, wall oven, microwave, dishwasher, air fryer, family size fridge / freezer and Espresso Torio coffee pod machine. If cooking at home is not what you're after it is also only a short stroll to Wests Diggers Club, restaurants, cafes and many other facilities including Little Beach Boathouse, which has a stunning restaurant and bar right on the water - a favourite place for the locals and to watch the spectacular sunsets.
Three generous size bedrooms with the main having a King bed, built in robes, ceiling fan and renovated ensuite with floor to ceiling tiles, shower, toilet, and vanity. Two other bedrooms have Queen beds, ceiling fans and built in robes. The contemporary main bathroom has also been completely renovated and has floor to ceiling tiles, full-size bath, shower with rainwater shower head, toilet and vanity, the unit also provides an internal laundry with a front loader washing machine.
Directly behind the unit is a pathway suitable for walking or cycling, this path winds around Little Beach and lead you Shoal Bay beach and bays, perfect place for the kids to ride their bikes and not be on the roads.
