Very clean and comfortable with and fully AIR CONDITIONED, nicely furnished and perfectly located 2 bedroom apartment, right across the road from D'Albora Marina and beautiful beaches, surrounded by Restaurants, Cafes, Boutiques, shops and Nelson Bay's tourist activities.
Bed configuration 1 Queen size, 1 tri-bunk (double on the bottom & single on top) 1 porta cot. (please note no linen is supplied for the porta cot)
We do apologize for the inconvenience, but due to Workcover laws our cleaners are unable to make the bunk beds. Clean linen is provided at the end of each bed for you to use during your stay, there is no need to strip the linen from the bed when you leave
The bathroom has a combined shower and bath, may not be suitable for the elderly or people that may have a disability that may restrict them stepping into the bath.
All rooms with Air Conditioning (heat & cool) & Fans in the bedrooms.
Unlimited free use of common laundry located in rear common space area at rear of apartment

There are Taxis available in the Nelson Bay area, however no Uber service is available at present
We ask to all guests remove your rubbish including bathroom refuse to the bins at the front of the unit complex prior to departure. Failure to comply may incur an additional cleaning fee of AU$50.
Please leave the BBQ and surrounds in the condition you find them, If the BBQ needs cleaning after you leave an additional cleabning fee of $40 will be payable
The guest laundry facility is a separate stand alone building located at the rear of the property, an access key is provided, there are 3 automatic washing machines and a large clothes line for your use.
There is a single dedicated undercover parking space for our guests use during their stay, the space is located under our apartment clearly marked with unit No 2. (2050mm clearance height). The allocated space is the only space for guests to use during their stay. Parking in time limited visitor parking spaces is not permitted.
Breach of the strata parking bylaws for parking infringments made during your stay will result in termination of the booking and any fines to the property owner be passed on to the guests for payment.
Please note that the unit complex has a “No trailer or Watercraft on site” policy

It was very pleasant stay with the location is very close to all amenities and the property is well maintained with all the required amenities. Recommended for any one looking for a hassle free stay at Nelson bay
Once again we weren’t disappointed. Spotlessly clean, beds comfortable and lovely thick fluffy towels. The location is perfect- right across the road from the Marina and a minutes walk to shops and cafes. Hosts were quick to respond to emails. Definitely recommend and we will definitely be back!!
Excellent communication from the owners. Self check-in was easy. The apartment was extremely clean and tidy. The building itself is not ultra modern (not that it mattered to us at all but worth being aware of it that is a factor when chosing an apartment). The apartment itself seemed fairly recently renovated and was really clean and tidy. Kitchen had lots of cutlery, glasses/cups, platters etc & food staples which was great. Had fast wifi and streaming services setup on the tv. Only a 1 minute walk to shops, restaurants and 5 min walk to the marina. Great apartment, really good price and would stay again.

The location was just perfect. Walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Walking distance from the beach which was a big plus for us as we have small children.

Great apartment. Very clean. Couldn’t ask for a better location- right across from the marina and a 30 second walk to the shops. Lovely big balcony with plenty of seating. Even though there was a lot of traffic around the marina it was so quiet and relaxing. Will definitely be back.
Fabulous location and place has everything we needed to make our stay for our 3 boys and us so comfortable!! The place was very clean and having a laundry facility so close outside was very handy. Deb & Chris messaged us during the first few days of our stay, to make sure we were happy with the property, which of course we were.

Property is in the heart of Nelson Bay, and so handy to have everything such as Woolies only a few minutes walk away, as well as the best bakery (Two Bobs).
Have already book this proprty for another 9 nights same time next year in Jan. Can't wait to come back.
