"The hotel was ok. Fairly clean, meaning there were were places around the property that could use some TLC. The carpet in the stairwell had the same dried mud crumbled on it for each of the 4 days we were there, our bedside table was falling apart and the emergency cover in the elevator kept falling off and was just wedged into the opening. The room was good for the most part, had a very damp kind of oder to it, but was able to open the window and that helped immensely. Shower head was very worn and had sporadic spray but good water pressure and instant hot water. Pool and hot tub were good also. Breakfast was your typical hotel buffet style breakfast. Kudos to whomever thought to offer freshed baked cookies at the front desk....they were delicious!!"

"I think the smoking area should be moved from by the front entrance. It would be a much better experience waiting for the trolley etc if you did not have to breath the smoke. I believe this would make your front entrance much more welcoming. Also, I think grab bars in the shower would be very helpful to most of your guests. Our room did not have a grab bar."

"This hotel is very outdated. The chair in our room was frayed and so dirty, that we didn't want to sit on it. The remote for the TV was very dirty and needed new batteries. We had to get a new lightbulb as one of the lamps didn't work next to the bed. The bathtub barely drained when taking a shower and the shower curtain was filthy. The carpet was very dirty too. The side entry door keypad was broke so you had to go through the main entrance to get to the elevator. At the side entry door, people were stacking up bags of their dog's waste on a mechanical box. I hope a garbage can could be placed somewhere for the dog owners to use. After seeing the filth in our room, we skipped on breakfast."

"They charge $15/night for parking, which I don't think they mention anywhere but they give you $15/night in gambling money, but if you don't gamble it doesn't do you any good. Continental breakfast ends at 9, you'd think for where this hotel is at, in a casino the breakfast could go until at least 10."

"We stayed here because the waterpark. The water was freezing except the "pool" that was an okay size that was warm. Overall, it was very crowded and ran out of towels. The room itself seemed cleaned but on the smaller side. We asked for a rollaway bed and it barely fit. Staff was helpful with requests, but often had to be reminded of requests. Trash was overfilled around the property and at one point one of the elevators was broken leaving just 1 which led to waiting because of a full elevator or the time it took to arrive (even though its only 4 floors) Breakfast was busy, but food was okay."
