THE SUITE
This warm and inviting lower-level suite features a private entrance with a dedicated driveway parking space right out front — no shared hallways, no hassle. Just head down the stairs (with handrail) and you're home.

Inside you'll find a plush king bed with quality linens for a great night's sleep, and a beautiful electric fireplace that creates a warm, welcoming atmosphere year-round. The cozy living area with smart TV and a second Roku TV in the bedroom means you're always comfortable no matter where you settle in.

For simple meals, the kitchenette includes a microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, and fridge — perfect for heating up meals, making coffee, and keeping snacks and drinks on hand. Note: there is no stove or oven.

A small desk with fast WiFi is handy for checking email or light work.

Blackout shades ensure a peaceful night's sleep no matter what time you arrive. Air conditioning for summer and a cozy fireplace for chilly Black Hills evenings.

PARKING & ACCESS
One dedicated driveway parking space is included directly in front of the suite entrance. This suite has its own private entrance and all indoor spaces are completely separate from the upper unit. Self check-in via keypad — your code will be sent prior to arrival.

Pets are welcome with prior approval — just let us know ahead of time! We love animals and want your whole family to feel at home.
