"Good, inexpensive stay across from the racetrack. Things as they should be, real scrambled eggs on the breakfast buffet. Basic lodging. Weird that we had a full-sized range in our room, but I guess if you wanted to cook a turkey, you'd be good to go. :-)"

"It was a great state. A rep of mine that works at Maria stays there once a month and referred this hotel to me. I loved the history behind the hotel, in the overall appearance as a historic property."

"The hotel was in a lovely location, a short walk from the cute little town. I did mark down for the "condition" because the carpet in the room could have used a good cleaning. But otherwise it was great and I would certainly stay there again. I would definitely recommend it."
