"I needed a fridge & no room service"

"The staff were so lovely and accommodating! Our room was luxurious and we had a lovely view of the river. They even put a happy birthday dessert plate in the room for my husband- very kind! I do want to say that the leisure/pool center was quite a disappointment. It is very outdated and so dirty that I didn't even end up putting my suit on to use the facilities. The whole center could really use some updating and TLC. My family lives locally and used to have a membership to the facility but had...

"Great size of room. Food is excellent - the bar for meal in evening and breakfast is superb! Few areas look bit tired but know they are doing refurbishment at the minute. Decent value for money."

"Lovely hotel with great amenities and lovely grounds. Room was great and a very generous breakfast served each day. The restaurant was a bit pricey however, food is delicious with good portions. Staff all very helpful. Will stay here again."

"There was a lot of messages to read and i found the automated "virtual" check in and check out a bit clunky and unintuitive. I had to phone recepgion for help with both processes. I prechecked in and wojld have benefitted from a confirmation stating my key would be waiting. Coffee machine but no coffee. Post the WiFi and password more prominently"

"Floors not clean. Washing machine full of dirty water. Bedding was adequate. Shower got barely warm. You get what you pay for. "

"Dont know where to start..upgraded to a Jr suite guess not upgraded enough to get a smart tv. TV was tiny and few channels. Booked for the pool..did not tell you pool was open to public and classes so never a good time to go in. Never cleaned our room. Mold and falling apart..dilapidated outside. Restaurant staff rude and unfriendly. No safe in room. Fridge in closet??? Dont even think it worked and had to turn sideways to open. No dresses or drawers area to put clothes away cleaning crew...

"It's a decent place to stay. The staff is great. Just aging and so many little details in poor condition. And now this isn't the hotels fault per say but very noisy. Walls were paper thin and could hear other rooms talking and TV playing. Heater was on in my bathroom and the knob was broken so couldn't turn it off."

"Smart, spacious room, comfy bed and handy kitchenette"
