"This is not a place for people who cannot negotiate stairs. To get to our room we had to go up a flight of stairs or could ride the elevator to the second floor and walk down two flights of stairs. The breakfast was minimal at best with only a hardboiled egg bar, oatmeal, cereal and waffles. The fruit was limited to apples. For the price of the room I did expect better."

"Fantastic experience at Aspen Winds. The property, owners, location and much more were all incredible. We had a great stay and can’t wait to go back. Elk all over the place - we saw six at one time! Super close to the park entrance. The ONLY thing I would point out for awareness is that there is no AC at the property. This isn’t an issue with the windows open at night but if you plan to hang out in your room during the day it can get very warm in the summer."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was really clean and the hot tub was great! My only complaint is that I didn't get any responses to phone calls or texts. I didn't get a link to check in. We went to the office for help and no one was there. We drove around the property until we found someone to help us. Once we made contact with someone they were very helpful. The person that helped me said if you book with Expedia you don't get a link to check in. I tried making contact several times within the 24 hours leading up to check in and didn't get a response. Overall our stay was great. But they need to work on communicating with guests."
