"We SO enjoyed our stay! We wished it had been available a little while longer! For me, the cabin was perfect. I wanted a cabin in the mountains. …I did not want a house, a condo or a lodge. & it’s just what I wanted. We did not want for a thing during our stay. It had everything we needed. And that deck! It was huge & had a wondrous view of the river & the mountains. We were surprised that there was no AC, but I understand AC is scarce in Estes Park. However, it rained some every day which kept the temperature down. Our host could not have been nicer, more available or more accommodating. Thank you for the experience."

"We enjoyed our stay for two guests at the VRBO. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space for two. A small suggestion to improve the stay is to provide a trash can/container in the bathroom. Note: There is no AC but we used the fan that was supplied in the living room and the bedroom equipped with ceiling fan. Keeping the windows open really helped, too. (If there is an AC we couldn't get it to work--we didn't bother contacting the lesser, though--we just managed without it). I did have some issues when checking before the arrival date because i could not get the lease agreement to load with the link they provided. I had to manually type in each letter/number/symbol of the URL address to get it to work."

"We enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was very nice and it was clean. Nathan, the property manager, did a great job with communications. He checked in with us through the week to make sure everything was good. The house was a good fit for our family of 8 and the granddaughters loved the Fall River frontage. The location, less than a mile from the RMNP Fall River Visitors Center and a short drive from downtown Estes Park, was perfect. The view of the mountainside across the Fall River and the sound of the river from the deck were really nice. I would enjoy staying at this house again."

"We booked one night at the last minute with our small dog. Perfect get away about 10mins from downtown Estes. Checking in went well after we found the property. Accomodations were great. Wood fireplace with an order of wood included. Place was very quaint and relaxing. Mountain views from property. Bruce was on site employee and was terrific! He gave us great info on restaurants and checked to make sure we had no issues or questions. We would return in the future for a longer stay."
