"This top and bottom apartment is an excellent cozy getaway right next to the ocean. Paired with a cool pool adds cherry on top. I had a great time staying here for a couple days soaking in the sun and the ocean. The apartment was clean and very well laid out. Having one and half bath was also very convenient. Situated in a quiet part of Jacksonville Beach, this location cannot be beat. I will be back again very soon."

But I showed him the text I got from The agency and they let us through. I will say, the rental agency was very attentive. They texted me frequently to see how everything was going. "Great spring break trip with the condo and pools right on the beach. Daughter spent time in the sun while son chose to go fishing. Short way to Fernandina Beach with good restaurants and boat tours of the Amelia and St John’s Rivers. Not too crowded or spring “break-ee” - we will likely return. Condo was great and the property management team was very helpful!"

I accidentally made a reservation for the wrong YEAR (24 instead of 23), and she called me the day we were driving there, and was so wonderful and accomodating! She magically helped us find a condo at the last minute, and it was beautiful, clean, spacious, and the perfect location.
