Fenced yard was wonderful for pets and small children, hot tub was a hit with the adults in the evening, campfire in the evening was relaxing, and the noise and view of the ocean was beautiful. "A beautiful site older home right on the beach just a couple property management issues 1 dishwasher didn’t work but according to guest book handnt worked since may ?? Lights flicker on and off over dining room table so couldn’t use it ….trash so full we couldn’t take out our trash. Totally a great beach experience "

"This house is exactly as described and shown in pictures. Perfect for just two people. Great location to watch sunset. Only downside was the stairs were closed for maintenance. Unfortunately, without the stairs there is no way to get to the beach on or near this property. "
