"Rooms were filthy (floors, shower/bath, used condoms and tissues under the bed.
Shower wouldn’t convert to one or the other only both at the same time so there was no water pressure.
Coffee cups were not cleaned and replaced and milk was also not replace for the next day.
Bed light wasn’t working.
Tv wouldn’t work properly and remote was not working.
Drain in the bathroom floor was sharp and dangerous and my partner sliced his toe open on it twice. Bath mat not replaced so had no bath mat.
Aircon wouldn’t work properly and the toilet cistern wouldn’t stop flushing/running.
We had complained however they said the manager wasn’t there and to go online and fill out complaint form.
We request a full refund please and if possible a few nights covered by the hotel to replace the horrible experience we had this weekend with our stay and bare essentials let alone in a hotel we paid good money for and as compensation for my partners injuries to his foot/toes, removing the opportunity to take this complaint further.
Upon departing we spoke to other guests that said a few people have had similar issues and would not recommend your hotel and were going to give the hotel a bad review. We do not wish to do that however we will if we cannot be compensated as requested above please."
