The host kept saying thanks for your patience but we had to buy power banks to charge our phones, swelter in rooms with no power, all of our food went off in the fridge and freezer. "We loved our stay here! The nature and peace were just what we were after. The tiny house had everything we needed including a really comfy bed. Firewood was provided for the fire pit and while you're sitting there relaxing around the fire, you'll see joeys, kookaburras, cockatoos, beautiful peacocks, chickens, and many other birds. There's also a short trail walk and waterfall only 100m up the road. The only issue we found was the wifi drops in and out, and the cassette toilet should be...

"This property was good for our Gold Coast stay. It is right in the heart of surfers paradise, walking distance to just about everything you’d need. The host was great with communication and promptly replied to any queries we had. There were some cups in the cupboard that looked as though they hadn’t been washed, and it would have been good to have a few extra bath mats, just because the water leaks out of the shower a bit. But otherwise, this spot was great."
