I felt very safe and seen when I was at the hotel. The front desk staff is amazing and super quick with serving their guests. The area around the hotel was great and easily walkable. I will definitely be back at this hotel in the near future!!

This was a well-maintained hotel with wonderful staff. The room itself was lovely and has great amenities. The 3 twin room was surprisingly spacious for 3 people. The on-premises restaurant was great too. The location is quiet and spacious which is a nice change from the surrounding metro area. It is literally next to a train station so transit is a breeze. This was a fantastic hotel! The location was incredible - it is walking distance to the Yamanote train line which connects you to other main attractions in Tokyo. There is also tons of great restaurants and shops in the area as well and a convenience store in the heart of the lobby making it easy to grab food, drinks or other supplies. I was a bit skeptical, as I saw multiple APA hotels in my search, but that is because of how good it is. It is a very eco friendly hotel with a moto of "Simplified Luxury" which is exactly what it was. It was very walkable to all the major spots of Shinjuku we were looking for- the station, the tourist spots, etc. Also, all the amenities the hotel had to offer. The room itself, while small by design, met all our expectations. Extra toilietry items, robes, pajamas, indoor slippers, water...

We are so glad we chose this hotel for our last night in Tokyo. Fantastic staff. Room was spacious with good amenities. Great bed. Blackout shades. Very quiet despite being on a busy street. Just a block away from the nearest train station, and free shuttle to the airport (Haneda).

The best partsv were the breakfast buffet, the restaurant options and the proximity to transportation.

Nice, clean hotel in a good area. Rooms are small, but was plenty for me traveling solo

Super clean property, staff was helpful and friendly, perfect location in Tokyo close to several tourist areas, safe location with restaurants and stores immediately next to it. Would definitely stay there again, highly recommended!

Found this hotel at random as I desperately needed to get out of my other booking. This place was a hidden gem. Rooms were nice, staff was extremely friendly and the service they offered was incredible

I loved this little gem of a hotel. The staff is lovely and the hotel is affordable and really clean. The walls are also super thick so you don’t hear the baseball games that might happen across the street. I also loved the location. The street is quiet but metro close and so many places walkable. I’ll certainly stay here again,
