Perched high above the Punta Lara residential area, Villa Alminares offers a tranquil escape with breathtaking views of Nerja, the mountains, and the stunning Costa del Sol coastline. This charming countryside villa is 1,2 km from the nearest beach and 3 km from the lively centre of Nerja. Be aware the access to the villa is done through a road and a 50m short rough track.



INSIDE VILLA DESCRIPTION:

Villa Alminares is a cozy yet spacious retreat designed for families and groups of friends seeking relaxation and convenience.

You enter the villa through a fully fitted kitchen with granite countertops, leading to a large lounge and dining area with patio doors offering stunning views.

There is one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and shower on the main floor.



Next to the kitchen there are some stairs leading you to the lower level below the ground floor where you will find the three bedrooms and bathrooms. The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom with a bath/shower. The main bedroom with a king-size bed has an ensuite bathroom also with a bath/shower.



It features a very large private swimming pool, a lush lawn area, and ample outdoor space to soak in the peaceful surroundings.



FULLY EQUIPPED FOR YOUR STAY:

Enjoy the convenience of a fully fitted kitchen with an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge-freezer, as well as modern amenities like a washing machine, free WiFi, and a TV with international channels.



Air-conditioning is available in the living room, the double bedroom on the same floor and in the master bedroom on the lower level for added comfort. These machines have both a cold function for the summer and hot function for the cooler winter months.

Optional services subjected to availability and extra cost include: welcome food packs, cots, highchairs, beach towels, additional housekeeping and taxi transfers from the airport to the villa although a car is highly recommended for this villa.



Enjoy a spacious covered terrace with a built-in brick barbecue, a ping pong table and perfect for al fresco dining. From the terrace, access the private pool with 6 sunbeds and a shade area next to a beautifully maintained gardens, and private parking.
