You will be staying in a spacious and bright 5-room villa with an area of 120 square meters. The open kitchen is fully furnished with an oven, dishwasher, 3 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate WC on the same level.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Another room on this level has a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, air conditioning, and forced-air heating. Both rooms on this level have access to the terrace and the swimming pool. Additionally, there is a lounge area with air conditioning and forced-air heating, also leading to the terrace and the swimming pool. Another room on this level features 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), air conditioning, and forced-air heating, along with 2 baths/WC.

The upper floor hosts a room with a french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a shower/WC, and an exit to the terrace. The villa boasts 2 large terraces with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs, offering a side view of the sea and the resort.
