"The location was great. The check-in process was not good. We follow the instructions and the automated system was in Norwegian and we couldn’t understand what it was telling us. Thanks to a guest of the hotel who helped us get through the front door so we could check-in. Also the confirmation of the booking indicated that there would be breakfast delivered to our room, but nothing came for both mornings that we stayed.
