"Excellent choice for families as they have connecting rooms. The location is excellent if you are mainly interested in the schönbrunn castle, the castle park, castle maze and the zoo. Also there is the technical museum just beside the hotel. The hotel clean your only one day after another but it is not an issue. The staff are very helpful, special thanks fo Ali. The hotel also offer complimentary delicious cookies. Also there is a small supermarket in the lobby. Small point for improvement: i wish they had pillows menu, we felt the pillows were too soft and low and when putting too above each others they are very high and not comfy. I don't usually face this issue at hotels. The instant coffee at the rooms was really good "

"Perfect spot to stay in Vienna if you want a local feel. Right by central metro lines to get around easily, and close to cool bars, cafes and shops in Neubau. The rooms were lovely and we enjoyed the gym, sauna and rooftop bar. We would absolutely stay here again if we returned to Vienna."

"We stayed for 7 nights as a family (two parents and a 12.5-year-old daughter ) and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel’s location is perfect – right next to a metro station and just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and main attractions, yet very quiet and peaceful. Breakfast was rich, varied, and luxurious, served in an elegant yet cozy setting. The service throughout the hotel was outstanding – everyone was courteous and efficient. Although we initially had an issue with the air conditioning in our room, the hotel’s Customer Service Manager, Izabela, handled the situation impressively. She ensured we had a temporary room immediately and later moved us to a spacious corner room similar to our original booking. She went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, with thoughtful gestures and excellent service. Overall, we left extremely satisfied and would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Vienna!"

"Room was very clean, was nice to have basic kitchen. Bathroom very nice. Staff very nice when I interacted with them. Location was great for me and price was amazing for what I got. Would have really appreciated a set of cereal bowls in the kitchen! "
