Nice hotel, extremely well located downtown Neuchâtel, with easy parking and minutes away from the funicular and train station. I have never seen hotel staff this dedicated to their guest's comfort. Amazing team who went the extra mile on everything that made us feel so welcomed. Will definitely go back.

The room is clean, nice view from my balcony and the staffs were really friendly and helpful! Location is good too, short 10mins walk to city centre and walkable to places of interest. Love the beer at the bar next to the hotel. Strongly recommended!

I loved my stay here. From first stepping through the front door, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The lovely light filled room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. The shower was wonderful and spacious. The hotel is perfectly located just near the funicular down the hill from the station. Making it very easy to access. It is near the boat harbour for ferries, the museum and a quick and easy walk to the old town. I regret that I only had one night here. I would definitely recommend it.

Une valeur sûre

L'hôtel est très bien situé dans Neuchâtel, le personnel vraiment très accueillant. La chambre était spacieuse, literie confortable, on aurait apprécié la climatisation même si des ventilateurs sont à disposition. Un artisan boulanger super sympa est juste en face pour prendre le petit déjeuner sur les rives du lac (2 mn à pied).

El hotel no está en el centro de la ciudad pero tiene estaciones de bus que te llevan en pocos minutos o si te gusta caminar sin 10 min. Tienen la playa den lago a menos de 5 minutos a pie y hay varias áreas de juegos para niños si van con hijos pequeños

Goede ligging, dicht bij meer en centrum.

2 nachten verbleven met gezin van 4 (kids 10 en 12 Jaar). Het hotel ligt heel dicht bij het meer van Neuchatel en op wandelafstand van het oude centrum. Parking is 5eur per dag met een kaart. De kamer was ietwat aan de warme kant. De ventilator die er stond hielp wel iets, maar was het lawaai eigenlijk niet waard. Het ontbijt was de eerste dag goed en volledig; De 2de dag waren de croissants op waarna men naar de bakker aan de overkant slechts een 5-tal nieuwe ging halen. Omdat er al meerdere mensen op stonden te wachten, waren die onmiddellijk terug op. Ook mankeerde het koffie-apparaat een paar keer, waardoor het ontbijt wat gebrekkig verliep aan onze tafel. De bediening bleef er wel kalm in.
