Apartment 'Landlust' with Shared Terrace, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

Our apartment 'Landlust' is located on the first floor of a former farmhouse, completely renovated in 2020. The house is situated in the idyllic village of Waldau in Upper Franconia, between Bayreuth and Kulmbach.



From the main entrance, you reach the upper floor (110 m²) via 13 steps, which is entirely at your disposal. From the upper hallway, you enter bedroom 1 on the left, furnished with a double bed. Like all bedrooms, it is also equipped with a wardrobe, desk, chair, and TV. All bedroom doors can be locked with a key.



You also reach the fully equipped kitchen from the hallway. Through the kitchen, you enter the living room, which has access to a spacious balcony offering a lovely view of our garden.



Bedroom 2 also serves as a passage to bedroom 3; both rooms are separated by a lockable door.



Please note: The apartment does not have a lockable door to the rest of the house. Most guests find this unproblematic after a short adjustment period. As your hosts, we are always here for you.
