We did not have a good experience with some of the restaurant staff, one morning, completely empty restaurant we were ignored by a waitress as she cleared a table. "Very nice and comfortable hotel right in the heart of old Basel. The staff was awsome, super friendly, fluent in english. Breakfast was perfect, lots of options. Our junior suite was great. The bed, pillows and comforter were super confi. Overall a great stay worthy of a return trip in the future."
