"I booked 1 room in Hotel Sonnenhof on 16th February, via Hotels.com, for a stay commencing on 28th May. Hotel sent me a message on 27th May that I was not in Hotel Sonnenhof in Timelkam, but at an apartment in Lenzing, 4.5km further away. No pre-warning was given, no rationale for the change in location, no option to cancel or reduction in rate was offered. "Loved my stay at this hotel. Rooms are clean and well maintained. One thing I want to highlight is their hair dryer is one of the best I have seen in all my stays in Europe!!! The owner is also very welcoming along with his dog and staff."
