"Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig, direkt am Waldrand. Die Zimmer verteilen sich über 3 Etagen. Alle Zimmer waren sauber und genügend Schlafmöglichkeiten vorbereitet. Es ist ein älteres Haus, aber es wurde schon sehr viel renoviert. Besonders positiv sind uns die 3 Badezimmer aufgefallen.Wir hatten das Haus für 8 Personen und einen Hund gemietetet. "One of the best chain hotels I've ever stayed in. I've travelled extensively around the world, and this hotel genuinely stands out. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The hotel was spotlessly clean, welcoming, and offered amazing value for money. The rooms were immaculate, the food was excellent, and every member of staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. A special mention has to go to Margaryta, who checked us in. She was absolutely fantastic and made such a positive first impression. She couldn't have been more helpful or welcoming, and she really made a difference to our stay. We learned about the benefits of becoming an IHG member too! She is a real credit to IHG and an excellent example of the kind of service every hotel should strive for. I honestly wish more hotels were like this. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to return. Highly recommended."

"Very quaint and lovely hotel. Surprisingly modern despite the outside look: combines classic and novelty in a very elegant way. Service was impeccable. The only thing I wish would have been different is that the air conditioner in the rooftop room actually worked but it wasn't crazy hot yet"

"The Hotel is in the center of town. Ideal for sightseeing. Well connected with tramway to all parts of town. Many restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was large and very quiet as it was away from the street ( we asked for a quiet room). Parking is possible in a nearby public parking garage for a reasonable fee. Room service was very good. Overall the hotel is very well run and in ideal location."
