"This was a complete and utter disaster that ultimately led to a last-minute cancellation after I had arrived in the country. Disgraceful behaviour from the host that I hope was appropriately dealt with by the platform. I will be exploring additional compensation options due to extreme difficulties with finding new accommodation at the last minute. "
