"The room was clean, but the mini fridge was left unplugged and someone left food in it so it continued to make the room smell horrible. We had to wait a while at the front desk, because the lady was outside and didn’t hear the bell ring multiple times. Didn’t like that the door was a key. "Absolutely love this hotel, have stayed twice this year and it is a lovely location. The rooms are lovely and a good size with comfortable beds, the breakfast is fantastic, the sauna area is excellent, the staff are wonderful. Can't wait to stay again!"
