"We stayed in a room N2003 that was no smoking! When we finally found the room , as we walked in, I could tell that someone had been smoking!!! It stunk!!! I have stayed here many, many times but I have never stayed in this particular area and I never will again! My husband and I are Seniors and walking is hard at times, but when we finally found the room we have to walk down a flight of stairs with our luggage! I was not feeling good and the registration area was very far from our room otherwise I would have gone and changed the room! It was discusting and smelled of mold and smoke! We will be back to Peppermill in July and I will definitely get myself a better room than we had! NOT HAPPY!!!!!"

"Plenty of parking shops all over and in walking distance staff seemed very friendly and helpful"

"At check in, we opted to have our room cleaned. It never got touched until day 3 of our 5 day stay. Had to notify them that it was not being cleaned. Then found food under the lamp and table that had pushed up with a sweeper at some point. Had to ask to refill the coffee containers daily as well. "

"We arrived to findca very beautiful home the hottub and sauna were the highlights of this home they both worked perfectly so relaxing after a day of crusing around reno everything was nice and extremely clean and the masterbed was very comfortable all in all a very comfortable stay in a great home we will definetly stay again when we go to reno hosts were very nice and attentive we both rate this stay as a 10"

"There was so much to do, a great variety of restaurants, and the pool was the best. There was a separate area for adults, the infinity pool was heated, and there were 4 hot tubs. "
