"Comfortable, great breakfast, good location, quiet"

"We booked through hotels.com for 2 adults and a 12 year old. When we arrived, we were told that the hotel does not have rooms that cater for children. We were all expected to sleep in one bed. My 12 year old is 5’9”! There were no other rooms available for the first night of our stay but were offered an additional room for the second night at a cost to us. We had not budgeted for an additional room so we were left with no other choice. If we would have known this prior, we would have booked somewhere else. Hotels.com should not be selling these rooms! "

"A very pleasant stay in a small room with a great city view. Breakfast was wonderful, all the food was top quality with lots of choices. Everything was clean and staff helpful. Room cabinetry and bath countertops still remain from the iron curtain era more than 30 years ago, and could use an update, though they are still fully functional. AC unit was most welcome on a 37 degree day but with large west-facing windows it couldn't keep up and we had to close the curtains. We were disappointed to discover the pool and spa had an extra fee of 20 euro per person, so we declined these nice activities that we had looked forward to."

"Hotel Pavilon was better than we could hsve ever imagined! We had no idea what to expect when we arrived, and we were very pleased. The rooms were quite comfortable and had lovely views. The daily breakfast was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to help us with all our needs. The next time we come to Prague, we will.stay here again. And I will be telling anyone I know to stay there as well. "

"This is a very convenient hotel in the Prague area. Quiet residential street walkable to many shops, restaurants and a subway link to quickly access the downtown. Staff were super helpful, friendly and polite. "

"Wonderful Stay with Thoughtful Touches and Great Service We had a very positive experience during our stay. The hotel offered free parking, which was a big plus, even though it was about a 300-meter walk from the accommodation. The nearest tram station was also conveniently located, just a 5–8 minute walk away, making it easy to get around. The room was clean and well-maintained, with a nice complimentary bottle of wine waiting for us — a thoughtful touch we really appreciated. Since we visited in the summer, we were pleasantly surprised to find a fan already set up in the room, which made our stay much more comfortable. Breakfast was a highlight — fresh, varied, and delicious, a great way to start the day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, which really added to the overall experience. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable, well-serviced stay with nice little extras that make a difference!"
