Supposedly, our room at the Central Plaza had a plumbing issue that was not resolved. We refused the new rooms and asked to cancel our reservation but they would not refund us. "The cleanest place we ever stayed for holiday. The staff is very friendly, made great effort to satisfy us, I can't complain a word. They provide a great spread of breakfast with fresh fruit, healthy bits and tasty fresh cakes. On our last morning, they opened breakfast early only for us. Our room was cleaned every day such as the pool and surrounding. Keep up the great work guys!"

"We visited mid-week before the start of the season and were the only guests staying at this luxury B&B The place is lovely and the staff treated us like rock-stars! At breakfast there is a wide selection of locally produced food, olive oil and wine are available to try and buy! We had the pool and gardens to ourselves, the place is bright modern and very comfortable and is in a great location for visiting all the sights in the locality. would not hesitate to recommend. "

"Vittoria Luxury House was very clean and well presented. We were kindly welcomed on arrival and the host shared some great recommendations for lecce. However, it is located on a main road and is not very easy to find as there is a lack of signage. Additionally there is little parking nearby (closest car park was the train station which was €25 for 24hrs and a 20 minute walk away). Although, the host was available on the phone to help guide us. "

"Fantastic property with lovely garden and amazing pool. Everything is there you could possibly need including a BBQ. The hosts, Salvatore and Rosy could not be better without being intrusive. They gave us lots of advice about places to visit and eat. We had an amazing meal of local foods cooked by them on our first night brought to us, course after course- amazing! The washing service that Rosy supplied was amazing and so fast! We enjoyed our time so much- we will definitely be returning!!"

"Too many high hidden fees for coming across as a Hotel. The director was very kind and polite. The 2 bedrooms villa was poorly designed. We learnt that the resort has been recently taken over by another owner. With did not have an unpleasant stay but I cannot accept fees that sum up to the cost of an extra night."
