The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Omer for helping to resolve the booking issues. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. It was close to the main area in Goreme, many restaurants and two supermarkets there. I was able to get to some view points to see sunrise and sunset. Staffs are all kind and helpful. Also I really enjoyed the breakfast everyday. I would like to stay in this hotel again.

Location is perfect. Just a short walk to bus station, pharmacy, police station, shops and restaurants. It’s very quiet place and all rooms has the view of the Hot Air Balloons rising early in the morning around 7:00, it’s amazing. Breakfast was good, lots of cheese, olives, fresh vegetables, different vegan dishes every morning, not much of deli items.

The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is excellent so is the rooftop. The room is good with lots of windows overlooking majestic views. The bathroom is ok but smelled. The bedding and towels are clean but old and discolored. The bed not so comfortable. There’s no where to sit except a tiny stool and vanity.
